Are these original photos?
Yes. They are all taken by our professional photographers. You will only find these pictures at PhotoPhrases.com.
Where are the photos taken?
All photos were taken in the eastern United States.
Do you offer color photographs?
Currently, color photos are not available. We do offer sepia, however.
Can I submit photographs?
In
order to ensure quality and that our pictures can only be uniquely
found at PhotoPhrases.com, we do not use pictures submitted to us.
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 10 business days for your order to ship.
What is the shipping and handling (S/H) cost?
We
charge the UPS shipping fee (calculated when you order) plus $5.00 for
every sign you order with frame. This covers the packing material to
protect the frame.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only to the United States.
How do you ship your orders?
We ship UPS.
Do you have different shipping options?

ORDERING QUESTIONS
Will you send me an e-mail after I order?
Yes. You should receive an e-mail after you order.
How much do the phrases cost?
It
depends on how many letters you order. You will be able to view
your order prior to placing it to see the total price. All products
will arrive framed with mat and glass, ready to hang.
How big are the pictures?
It
depends on the number of letters. Most are 4x6 or 3.5x5. 9+
letters are generally wallet sized pictures due to the length..
What if I want more than 9 letters?

Will you send me an e-mail after you ship my order?
Yes.
Can I order by phone?
Currently, we only take orders from our website. Please use our contact form to email your order.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Yes.
Your information will be encrypted. After the transfer of
your card, the information is not stored on the PhotoPhrases.com
server. Security is our highest priority.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Not yet, but check back soon.
What is your return policy?
If
there is nothing wrong with the product (damage), then you can return
you product within 14 days. You will be charged a 10% restocking
fee. If the product is damaged upon arrival, we will replace it
free of charge.
Do you have a catalog?
No.
Can I pay with a check through the mail?
No.
